What is the Three-track voting system?
The system uses three groups of voters to rank the O&Is.
First track: Visitors from all over the world may register then vote for their choice/s. This will be accumulated and tallied.

Second Track: Educators, scholars, and experts from all over the world may register then vote for their choice/s. This will also be accumulated and tallied independent from the Visitors' votes.
VOTE here.
Third Track: Each member of the Advisory Board will create their own list independent from each other, and from the two other tracks.
